Nubian Skin was ready to expand its reach in the USA and Canada, and we stepped in to make that vision a reality. Through a data-driven approach, we identified why interested customers weren’t converting and developed a targeted strategy using email marketing, social media, and experiential events to create stronger connections online and offline.

To establish a deeper brand presence, we secured partnerships with US-based retailers and organized pop-up events that allowed customers to experience the luxury brand firsthand. These efforts not only increased sales but also built lasting brand trust, leading to the opening of a fulfillment center in New York to keep up with demand while maintaining strong profit margins.

Beyond the expected audience, we looked for untapped opportunities—one of the most impactful being engagement with sex workers, a community with a strong demand for high-quality lingerie but little direct brand outreach. By fostering authentic connections and ensuring meaningful representation in campaigns, we helped Nubian Skin expand into new markets, increase sales, and build long-term customer loyalty. This approach proved that true inclusivity drives both brand credibility and commercial success.
